This site collects the minimum it needs: anonymous analytics to understand what resonates, and whatever you choose to send through the contact form. Nothing is sold, and nothing follows you across the web.
Analytics and session replay
This site uses PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the United States, to understand how the site gets used: pages viewed, clicks and scrolls, the referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog also reconstructs individual browsing sessions, the sequence of pages, clicks, and scrolling, so I can see where the site works and where it fails.
Anything you type into a form is masked in your browser before analytics data leaves it: no name, email address, phone number, or message text ever appears in analytics or session recordings. Visitors are measured anonymously. None of this data is used for advertising, sold, or combined with data from other sites.
The contact form
Details submitted through the contact form (name, email, company, phone, and your message) are transmitted and stored by Formspree, which delivers them to me. I use them for one purpose: responding to you. Booking a call happens on Calendly’s own site, under Calendly’s own policies.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure processes standard server logs, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Embedded video
One page on this site, /wedding/, plays a video through Vimeo’s embedded player. The player is embedded in do-not-track mode, so Vimeo sets no cookies and collects no viewing analytics here. Streaming the video is done by Vimeo’s servers, which process standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver it, under Vimeo’s own policy.
Cookies and local storage
PostHog stores one first-party cookie and matching local-storage entries (names beginning ph) holding a random visitor ID and session state, so repeat visits can be told apart. The cookie expires after roughly a year. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies: the embedded Vimeo player runs in do-not-track mode and sets none. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font service sees your visit.
The site works fully with cookies blocked: use your browser settings or any content blocker if you prefer.
Your choices
Block cookies or tracking and everything here keeps working. To ask what has been collected in connection with your visit, or to have it deleted, send a note through the contact form.
